HOME SECURITY
- Be alert and report suspicious activity to Police
- Secure doors when you are home and away
- Don't leave keys in doors and windows
- Contact Police and request a free Home Security Audit
MOTOR VEHICLE
- Always lock doors and windows when your vehicle is unattended
- Keep valuables out of sight ... including your GPS!
- Secure your registration plates
- Secure vehicle keys, even when at home
PERSONAL SAFETY
- Be aware of your surroundings
- Be aware that wearing headphones or using mobile phones can reduce your awareness
- Be confident, assertive and trust your instincts
- Don't feel pressured by door to door traders or telemarketers
- Be aware of current scams
